All government officers of Anseong promise followings to provide better governmental services to residents and customers.

1. The city of Anseong shall be open to opinions from residents and customers through various methods such as open forums and surveys when it creates policies and puts in actions.
1. Types, handling methods, and providing standards of government services shall be decided and presented.
1. If the provided government services are not achieved as the standard, the city of Anseong shall compensate to customers and the services shall be modified.
1. Government Service shall be monitored with customer satisfaction survey and reported in public.
1. Government service shall satisfied the expectation of residents and customers by improvement of quality.

We do promise to set up the detailed service providing standards and to keep them in order to practice the charter of government service we proclaimed.
